Keep the good news of Christ simple. 2 Cor 11:3. “…the simplicity that is in Christ.”

Do everything with excellence because God is excellent. Psalm 150:2. “Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.”

Respect for God. Walking in the fear of the Lord. Pleasing God with our thoughts, words and actions. Psalm 89:7. “God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of his saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him.”

Vision matters. Seeing as God sees. Seeing with the eye of faith.  2 Cor 4:18. “While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.”

Everyone matters to God. Loving people with the unconditional love of God. Romans 12:10. “Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other.” Everyone in their place making their supply by grace. Ephesians 4:16

What We Believe

  • We believe in one God – Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Creator of all things.  Colossians 1:15-17
  • We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, was crucified, died, was buried, was resurrected, ascended into heaven, and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father and is true God and true man.  Matthew 1:20,21; Ephesians 1:20,21.
  • We believe the Bible in its entirety to be the inspired Word of God and the infallible rule of faith and conduct.  2 Timothy 3:16;  Hebrews 4:12.
  • We believe in the resurrection of the dead, the eternal happiness of the saved, and the eternal punishment of the lost.  John 3:16;  Matthew 25:14.
  • We believe in personal salvation of believers through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.  Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law so that we can live in the Blessing. Hebrews 9:12,14;  Romans 10:9,10; Galatians 3:13,14 (also Deuteronomy 28).
  • We believe in sanctification, separation from the world and separation to God,  through the Word of God and by the Holy Spirit, and we believe in personal holiness, purity of heart and life.  John 17:17; Hebrews 12:14;  1 Peter 1:15,16.
  • We believe in divine healing, through faith in the Name of Jesus Christ, and that healing is included in the redemption we have in Christ Jesus.  Acts 4:29,30;  Acts 10:38;  Matthew 8:16,17;  Galatians 3:13.
  • We believe in water baptism, in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as distinct from the New Birth, in speaking with tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance (Acts 2:4), in the gifts of the Spirit, and the evidence of the fruit of the Spirit.  We believe that all of these are available to believers.  Matthew 3:11; Acts 1:8;  Acts 19:1-7;  Galatians 5:22-25.
  • We believe in the Christian’s hope, the soon – coming, personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.  Acts 1:11;  Matthew 24:27,30;  1 Thessalonians 4:16,17.
